He has also spent time as a central Ohio caseworker working closely with families involved with the Juvenile Court system. Most recently, Michael has 14 years of experience counseling dual-diagnosed adults.
Michael earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Heidelberg University. He then continued his education earning a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and became an Ohio Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Hannah is a master’s student in the Mental Health Counseling program at Northwestern University. Grounded in a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, Hannah believes that early relationships shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others throughout life.
She strives to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can explore the deeper patterns and emotions that influence their experiences. By bringing awareness to these dynamics, we can foster greater self-understanding, healing, and more fulfilling connections with others.
Hannah has five years of experience in the mental health field, beginning her career as a case manager at a community mental health center. She has worked with a wide range of mental health concerns and has experience in supporting families of individuals living with severe mental health conditions.

Kim Weaver
Kim Weaver is the office manager for PFT Counseling. Kim believes that mental health is essential to having a good quality of life. How we think and how we manage our feelings directly impacts our relationships, how we function every day and how we see ourselves. People have a way of surviving even the most traumatic of experiences which make it difficult to move past the struggle of simply surviving. Counseling provides a way for us to navigate through the pain and struggles we have experienced toward a more positive and productive future. Obtaining counseling over the years, along with her faith in God, has helped her overcome the effects of trauma in her own life. Kim provides support to the business making sure the office runs effectively as possible and does it out of compassion and hope for those whom PFT Counseling serves.
