It’s 2025!!
With a new year comes new opportunities and new possibilities. We can’t change the past and what happened in 2024 but we can bring into 2025 the things that we have learned about ourselves, others, our community and the world. As you travel through 2025, think about what you would like to learn and accomplish this year. We make resolutions that we know usually don’t last. Maybe because we put too much pressure on ourselves to make it where we want to be right away. Resolutions, changing old habits and creating new healthy ones requires patience and gentleness for ourselves. Though we may fail one day or one minute, we are not failures. As we work toward our goals, we need to remember it is a process.. a process of change which takes time, hard work and patience. Enjoy the process by learning about who you are and what makes you better a person as you work toward the goals you have set.
